Ex-professional mountain bike racer Mia Stockdale and her incredible staff make these weekends fun and challenging. Your riding will go to the next level. Groups are divided according to ability level. If you want to get your riding to the next level, gain more confidence, meet some cool girls to ride with, and just plain have a fun girl's weekend, this weekend is for you.
The Eagle camp begins on Saturday morning with a skill's workshop followed by a ride with coaching, lunch and bike fit. Sunday includes a ride with coaching, lunch, a bike maintenance workshop, and awards. The Fruita camps start on Friday afternoon with a skills workshop. Saturday and Sunday include coached rides, lunch, bike fit, a bike maintenance workshop and awards.
Our goals for this program: *We want to help get your riding to the next level, so you have more fun, at whatever level you may be. *We want to help you with your confidence on and off the bike. *We want you to meet some other fun gals to ride with and have fun with. *We will give you training tips if you're interested as well.
Registration Deadlines: Sign up 21 days in advance before the camp and receive a 10% discount. Ability Level: Fruita - Women comfortable with easy to moderate technical riding up to the advanced rider.
Eagle - Women comfortable with easy to moderate technical riding to the intermediate rider The Fruita Women's Weekend Trips are offered in cooperation with Rim Tours under permit from the Grand Junction Districts of the Bureau of Land Management.

Race Divas Program

If you want to improve your mountain bike skills, gain more confidence on the bike, and have more fun, this program is for you. Also, if you are just getting into racing the local race series, or want to improve your race results, this program is for you. We will do a bike handling skill's workshop, pre-ride all the local race courses with coaching, talk training and nutrition, and do a bike maintenance clinic. Our goals for this program: *We want to help you improve your skills and confidence, and have more fun on the bike *We want to help you develop in the sport of mountain biking to whatever level you choose. *We want to help you meet some other cool girls to ride and have fun with *We want to prepare you in all aspects of mountain bike racing. Price: $240 Includes: Coaching at all or our sessions, a VMBC water bottle, energy bars, and sponsor's prizes. Dates: June 7, 14, 21, 28, July 12, 19, 26, and Aug. 2

Women's Skill's Workshops
